Canal view/ Southwest facing pool/ Sleeps 6 Location: Set in the beautiful location of “Rotonda” Englewood with many golf courses, Long Marsh 18+9 hole extension within walking distance. The beautiful Englewood beach a short drive away. Description: This home was completed in August 2007 which offers 2,300 sqft of air-conditioned living space (3,222 sqft overall). Built by one of the best local builders- “Fero”. With a large open plan living/kitchen area with a high tray ceiling, 42 inch flat screen TV + DVD. The kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar. There are 2 large sliding doors which when open give a total open air outdoor feel to the pool area. There is a music entertainment system to every room in the house including the pool area. The décor is contemporary, strictly no smoking or pets. Pool: The pool has a spa, all operated by a remote for luxury and ease (also wall mounted control panel) There are tiled floors throughout the living area with carpet to the bedrooms and den. Master Suite: The master suite has a King Size bed, a 26 inch TV/DVD combined, large sliding doors leading to the pool. Also a large mirrored door to the wardrobe from the en-suite. Bed 2: The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own shower room/en-suite with sliding door to the pool area. Bed 3: The third bedroom has two single sleigh beds with a further bathroom with shower next door.
