This beautiful spacious property used to be a Model Home and has been furnished to a very high standard keeping guests needs for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in mind.
The villa comprises of a large living room (22’4”x19’6”) 3 bedrooms (2 double and one twin bedded room), fully equipped kitchen with breakfast room and a formal dining room. The superb Master Bedroom (22’6”x19’4”) and associated En-suite (13’4”x11’8”) with His & Hers sinks, large bath tub and separate shower, is a central feature.
Each room has been designed to take full advantage of Florida’s excellent weather yet still maintain a comfortable environment throughout with full air conditioning.
The pool area is equipped with loungers, chairs, large table all overlooking the Pool. The Main Bedroom, Large Room and Breakfast Area all open out onto the pool. The golden sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast are an easy 15 minutes drive away and golf courses are within 5 minutes.
This, and all other homes listed on this website have a Local Professional Management Company on site and available 7/24. We are finding many overseas vacation homeowners are dropping this essential service thus leaving their guests to fend for themselves by making overseas phone calls to owners in various time zones. Vacationers can rest easy knowing they have a local person available for all their queries or needs when staying in any of our homes.
