large corner tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom also features glass slider doors to the lanai / pool area.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and large closet. The 3rd bedroom has two Twin size beds and closet. Both 2nd and 3rd
bedrooms use the 2nd bathroom with double sinks and tub / shower, this also connects to the pool area.
The pool and lanai area is very large. The large pool is solar heated or have the option of electric heat and an in-ground jacuzzi spa with optional electric heat.

We are finding many overseas vacation homeowners are dropping this essential service thus leaving their guests to fend for themselves by making overseas phone calls to owners in various time zones. Vacationers can rest easy knowing they have a local person available for all their queries or needs when staying in any of our homes.

Golf courses abound- 25 within 30 minutes with many of them only minutes from the home. There is also a lighted at night with a Driving Range. Many activities to do nearby including- Tennis courts, water sports, fishing- local and deep sea, mini golf, go-carts, beaches, restaurants, shopping, everglades and airboats. Disney is only 3 hours drive time.
You may also take a fast boat ride to Key West from nearby Ft Myers to spend the day.
