Fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard, the home is complete with a south facing screened pool, optional electric heating for the Jacuzzi spa. Situated in a peaceful, residential location backing up to woods for privacy, but also close to beautiful sandy beaches, superb golf courses and many other exciting activities.

Enter the house to a large entrance hall leading to the main living area. In the main living area you will find the space and comfort on brand new furniture. Open the slider windows and just sit and relax or in the comfort of the air-conditioned room, looking out onto the pool area.
Comcast cable TV and Internet is provided in this room.
For greater peace and quiet there is a second lounge with board games and books.

Typifying the American way of life, the open-plan living extends itself to the kitchen/diner, where you will find everything you need including, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast area leading directly to and from the pool deck.

The laundry room consists of the washing machine and tumble dryer and gives internal access to the double car garage.

This beautiful home boasts TWO luxury master suites with a King & Queen beds, each with private access through French doors to the sundeck/pool area and being tastefully decorated with fine fabrics, matching furniture and their own televisions.

Master one has a walk in dressing area, leading through to the en-suite with a spa bath and large double shower. Master two is complete with the same en-suite facilities and has private woods in the rear. Comcast cable TV in both master suites. There are two further twin bedded rooms, sharing a large bathroom, again luxuriously furnished for your comfort. To accommodate larger families the second lounge offers a sofa bed that will sleep two people comfortably.

The private solar heated swimming pool and jacuzzi spa is fully screened and complies with the latest Florida Laws in having a switchable child safety alarm, giving you peace of mind when holidaying with your little ones.

Surrounding the pool is an extended lanai and pool deck that gives you a larger area to make the most of the luxury outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, table and chairs.

This, and all other homes listed on this website have a Local Professional Management Company on site and available 7/24. We are finding many overseas vacation homeowners are dropping this essential service thus leaving their guests to fend for themselves by making overseas phone calls to owners in various time zones. Vacationers can rest easy knowing they have a local person available for all their queries or needs when staying in any of our homes.

Golf courses abound- 25 within 30 minutes, one lighted at night as well! Tennis courts, water sports, fishing- local and deep sea, mini golf, go carts, beaches, restaurants, shopping, everglades and air boats. Disney is only 3 hours drive time.
